Imaging On Call’s teleradiology technology system provides secure, reliable transmission of patient images and our paperless process is fast and easy to use.
Rapid image transmission: Images are transmitted in JPEG2000 format. This advanced image compression technology facilitates faster transmission times than using straight DICOM – and there is no noticeable difference in image quality.
Imaging On Call’s teleradiology technology servers are protected against ISP blackouts, natural disasters, and loss of power. Imaging On Call’s teleradiology technology is also HIPAA compliant.
Imaging On Call’s workflow process is entirely paperless. Patient history, images and reports are available via a secure login.
Although Imaging On Call makes every effort to guard against problems with the system, however, should any issues arise, Imaging On Call’s teleradiology technology system is supported by an in-house Information Technology team.
