Brian Phelan, President
Brian Phelan is President at Imaging On Call, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives as well as the overall growth and charter of the company.
Brian is also General Manager and Vice President for RadNet, Inc., the parent company of IOC. RadNet is a radiology services company based in southern California. Brian has extensive experience managing small businesses through aggressive growth periods, as well as a strong financial and operational background. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters in Executive Management from Cornell University. From 1996-2001, Brian was on active duty in the United States Army, serving on two tours in the Balkans.
David Jacobs, MD, Chief Radiologist
Dr. Jacobs is a Board certified radiologist. He received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Jacobs went on to complete a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and currently holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
Sean Kowaliw, Executive Director of Information Systems
Sean works across all departments at IOC to ensure the best service is provided to our customers. He has many years of experience in the PACS environment, and was most recently the Director of Training Services for AMICAS as well as their head PACS trainer.
Before AMICAS, Sean was a PACS Administrator in both Hospital and Ambulatory environments managing numerous clinical systems. Sean interacts with the workflow team, licensing and credentialing, IT and our radiologists on a daily basis to make sure our customers receive both high quality and timely reports.
Kevin Thompson, Vice President, Operations
Kevin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in implementing and managing healthcare IT solutions. Prior to joining Imaging On Call, Kevin held a number or roles with several companies, each with increasing responsibility, establishing implementation methodologies, creating new service offerings, and managing teams in Implementation, training & consulting of radiology solutions, including RIS, PACS, Teleradiology, Financials and Document Management systems. At Imaging On Call, Kevin works with clients on a daily basis to make sure all facets of service being delivered are the highest level. Kevin is a veteran and served in the United States Navy.
